It's a photo inside one of the installations at the Gallery of Modern Art which is a pool where you can do underneath it and look up outside of it :)

Well, now that we have Explore (which is great, but realistically it’s just popular tags that are being edited) it seems that the Directory has disappeared. Not so. It’s still there.
