The Apple (Computer) Tree vía ilovecharts & nowinpocketsize.

Magnificent! From the typewriter inspired Lisa at the base of the tree, through to the Newton (which should have a vine attaching itself to the iPhone further up), then the groundbreaking candy store macs of 1998 which revitalised the company (little did anyone know that these would be nothing compared to what would come less than a decade later).

This week a new Mac Mini and Macbook Air joined the tree to sit alongside the iPad2 … and the tree doesn’t even include the history of OS. I suppose that’s another tree, to be planted another time …
