About

Always growing older - never growing up.

Eclectic random geekery: Star Wars, Doctor Who, Sci-Fi, science, photography, LEGO, and stupid, stupid things.

This is my personal opinion / reblogging blog. If you're after my personal photos or awful photoshop creations, the links are below.

(waves his hand as he smiles knowingly)...

This isn't the tumblr you're looking for.

LIKE YOU CARE...

As they say in the classics "I'm too old for this shit".

That said, I live in sunny Brisbane (Australia), forging a career in advertising / marketing whilst enjoying life as it comes.

I take photos on my iPhone, listen to (a lot of) music on my iPhone, and like Star Wars. So yes, I'm a geek.

That's about it.

Party on!

Scott Jones didn’t just want a slide in his house. He wanted a fast slide. He enlisted the efforts of local wood craftsman Rodney Miller, who spent 15 months in total building what may be the fastest and most elegant indoor slide Indiana has ever seen. The Mahogany slide is about 17 feet tall, has a 13-foot drop and a 270-degree turn.

Currituck - photo by Ian Plant
Photographer’s Note:  Equipment: Canon 5DII, 14-24mm lens
This dizzying view was taken inside of Currituck Beach light. I climbed up and down the lighthouse several times in order to find an angle that best showcased the spiral staircase.
